Warranty
MAS grants a 2 year warranty on the MAS magnetic field material and processing faults. A guarantee card is enclosed with the MAS system, a copy is to be returned upon receipt of the system to MAS. In return of the magnetic field system, the buyer shall be liable for the shipping charges. MAS bears the cost for the return to the buyer. The guarantee does not apply to defects resulting from misuse.
Suitability and safety case
The product has been tested before shipping to ensure compliance with the above specifications. MAS magnetic systems may only be repaired by MAS. In the event of self-performed repairs or improper opening of the control unit voids the warranty. For defect, return the MAS system with error statement, the applicators and the warranty card at your own cost.
Liability
MAS Medical product Trade GmbH shall be responsible for safety, reliability and serviceability of the device. Assembling, extensions, resetting, modifications or repairs are to be carried out only by authorised personal, the installation of the space OEVE EN7 – and OEVE EN1 – standards as well as OEVE/OENORM E8001 and the device are to be handled according to the manual. The company accepts no liability for consequences emerging from negligence of above directives.
